Ok, im starting my build, i think its going to be a 6kg bot.

Part 1

Today I bought wheels for my robot. By the way Finnish manner wheels.
100x23

What you people think of their quality?

As you see on the pic, i had to remove the metal wheelholderwhatever parts. (two wheels more to go)

Practice makes perfect. Smile

My first turnings weren't any better than those - now i'm one of the most skilled machinists in finland of my age, and i have my own machine shop.

So how are you going to do with the cylinder? We discussed @ IRC about it being too weak. So will you make a new one or try to find out how to use the current cylinder in other way?

Im going to make new 15mm shafts so i can put them on bearings.
Going to test chain drive 4wd and do some some testing with windshield wiper motors too.

I have no idea about weapon, maybe im going to make electric lifter, beacause its most simple solution. (i dont have a cylinder, air valves, tanks and so on)

One pic of my modified wiper motor.

Part7
Hi!
Ive cut wheel holes in the baseplate (need some finishing touches) and drilled the wheel shaft holes into the material.

Im going to make new 15x100mm shafts and put them on bearings.

Drill motors look awfully small in the bot.
